I am trying to file form 67 on Income Tax Portal since 15 days, but I am receiving following error,
Submission failed!
Response form server:
Please fix the following issues and try to submit again:
Invalid format for Large Count.
Can anyone help me to resolve this error? Attached screenshot for your perusal

Seems to be technical glitch.

I see the same issue when I try to file form 67 issue.(Earlier the issue was different:No response from server)

In few days IT officials will start demanding favour for removing glitches in filling various Forms/ITRs. Only then taxpayers will be able to file it.
No one is addressing our Grievances posted through eportal for long. Unable to understand what effects they are making to help honest taxpayers in smooth filling of returns and Forms. Why 234A penalty not remove so far for late filling in the system?

I was getting the same type of errors. So, I was mentioning rate without decimal places. One more catching thing is that proof attachment is not saved. Everytime when submission failed, have to attach proof each time before submitting next time. After following these things, I was able to submit successfully on October -02-2021

Pitchaipillai ji, Congratulations on your Form 67 submission but do the attachment file name submitted is coming in your filled acknowledgement. If yes then please inform and if no then it may be that IT Department may reject your DTAA Relief on reason for not submitting proof. Then how we can prove that it was duly attached with the Form 67.
Hope you understand the point. This year in August on my grievance in this regard this was showing in Preview before e-verify but rate issue was there so I decided to wait but suddenly it was again started not visible in Preview. Since then on repeated grevance through eportal, twitter and email no action has been taken by either IT Department or Infosys.

Very strange grevance redressal by IT Department.
I received an email from my submitted grevance as below:
Resolution: Upon verification, we have noticed that you have successfully filed form 67 e-filing portal. Hence, we are closing your tick-et. For further assistance/technical support, kindly contact our Helpdesk
I never e-verified my Form 67 through the eportal and they are informing that I successfully submitted Form 67. It is still showing as a draft on going for Form filling.

Sir, we feel really helpless due to this system and approach of IT Department officials who are looking in eportal glitches.

Gupt ji. I just verified in e-filing portal. Proof is attached with my submission. I was able to download. Looks like everything normal for me.

Today I also submitted Form 67 by entering exchange rate of 200.41 to 100.00 only. In downloaded form 67 from eportal after submission attachment not shows but it is showing in the attachment icon in view submitted Forms.Tomorrow will submit ITR-2 after a day's delay. Not sure late filing panalty u/s 234A still exists or glitches removed.
