Form 67

Respected Experts,

I am into the process of Incorporating a new company...
After filling the forms, I got a query under the head "Waiting for user clarification"

They asked me to file form no-67 stating that blank pages should be deleted from AOA.

While submitting the Form 67,
They ask me to give details of Additional Stamp duty..

Why I have to pay it?
How much should I pay?
How to pay it?

Form 67 is an addendum to any application made to ROC. It can be filed only when ROC needs additional information/clarification from you in respect of the application that you have earlier made to them.

On putting the SRN, system will automatically display the details of defectst or further information called by the Registrar of Companies (RoC) or any other competent authority or furthe stamp duty required to be paid.

Any additional (differential) stamp duty is required to be paid then the same needs to be paid by using the ‘Pay stamp duty fee’ service at the MCA21 portal

Exactly Mr Yuvraj,

But how much amount should be paid as stamp duty that is the problem..?

By entering SRN Number in MCA21 poratal,it specifies all the stamp duty that i paid and it pre fills 0.00 in additional stamp duty..

Help for that..

Sir,

Since the system itself is computing additional stamp duty to be ZERO, there is no need to pay additional stamp duty. you need to rectify the defect only by providing the addtional info.
