We have Sold goods worth Rs. 2,50,000/- & for that we have Received Full amount in Cash & same amount deposited in Current Account, so in this matter which SFT Code is applicable ?

SFT-013 : Cash payment for Goods & Services   Or

SFT-003 : Cash Deposit or withdrawls in Current Account
