For Paying TCS we have collected Form 60 from persons. Now how to make declaration that we have collected Form 60.

Form 60 is required to be retained for 6 years from the end of the financial year in which transaction took place & Form 61 is required to be furnished electronically by 31st October for the half year ending on 30th September & by 30th April for half year ending on 31st March.

Form 61 is a statement giving details of all Form 60 obtained in the half year.

Thanks..May I know what is the procedure to file form 61 and what happens if we file form 61 lately because we havent filed form 61 yet for the current half year
