is form 5 is required to be file when there is no increase in authorised capital but share capital is increased within limits of authorised capital to new shareholders

no form 5 is required to be submitted to ROC for allotment of shares.the Form 2 is their for this purpose.

Form 5 is not required in the case. Only when allotment is made allotment return is to be filed within 30.
