For Filing form 5 there is need to have EGM and to pass the special Resolution regarding increase in capital as the company is to alter the articles of association. So file Form 5 along with attachements of Notice for EGM, Altered MOA, AOA and Extracts of EGM. and Form 23 along with Extract of EGM and explanatory statement.
