What is Form 402 and 403 of GVAT? And what is the purpose of issuing it?

Form 402 is a Transit Form to be filled in electronically from the GVAT Website for sending material outside Gujarat State
Form 403 is a Transit Form to be filled in electronically from the GVAT Website for bringing material into Gujarat Sate.
