92E, an Accountant’s Report is required to be provided along with the tax return. The accountant certifies whether proper documentation is maintained by the taxpayer.Is there any exemption based on volume or number of transactions for submitting the report in Form 3CEB

Yes every person who enters into (an) internation transaction is required to obtain report u/s 92(e) read with rule 10(e) however 92(d) exempts the assessee to maintain specified information and documants, if value of such transaction is up to 1 crore in a financial year however he will hv to substantiate the computation as per provision u/s 92
