can anyone provide changes in 3CD ,relevant changes in Finance bill 2016 related to 3CD and provision or matters to be reported in 3CD regarding demonetisation or black money

As now ICDS is applicable from AY 17/18 , diclosure of same is to made in 3 CD report as well as in ITR. And money deposited during demonetisation above 2 lakhs to be diclosed in ITR. Regarding black Money section 115 BBE comes in to picture.
I am attaching new format of 3 CD applicable for AY 2017/18.
