Director DIN alloted on 31/12/2012

But Director appointed wef. 4/12/2012.

Form 32 filed with date of appointment as 4/12/2012

How to rectify the appointment date with MCA.

Can we revise form 32 and change date to 31/12/2012 ?

I have faced this kind of situation last year where date of appointment was incorrect on MCA Portal, but in my case the director was appointed in year 1998 and on MCA it was showing as on 2006. ROC adviced me to file Form DIN 3 with the correct appointment date and my problem was resolved. You may talk to concerned ROC and do the same because according to my perception Form 32 cant be revised.
