In a Board Meeting of a private limited company, One director's Resignation was accepted and 3 additional directors were appointed. All these took place on the same day in March, 2013.
Form 32 for the same was filed within 30 days and was duly taken into record by MCA. It was just today that I discovered a grave mistake in that filed form. Instead of appointing them as Additional Directors, the designation was put as "Directors".
Now the AGM of the company is due this month. Please suggest a remedy for the error.
