I would like to know in case of first director's mentioned in Articles of Association, whether scan of the letter of the appointee MD has to be attached in FORM 32?

No, in case of first directors, no attachement is required to be made. Because all forms 1,18,32 are taken together and your MOA and AOA are attached with form 1.

This is the case of Company formed in the year 2002. And they have not filed any returns till date not even Form 32. And the present status is Dormant. I am not sure whether for Company Incorporation in the year 2002, the documents had to be submitted through MCA 21. And one more thing is Form DIN-3 has to be submitted now?

Yes DIN 3 is also to be uploade.
YOu have to first change the status of Company to active then complete the due filing.

Consent is required only for a Public Ltd company which requires to be attached with form 32, it is optional in case of a private company.
