Hi,
I filed form 3 with LLP agreement on the 29th day after incorporation. If this forms gets rejected or comes for re submission do I need to pay penalty of 100/- per day?

u will be given a chance to resubmit before rejection but once your form is rejected then u will again have to pay fees along with late fees
