we have filed LLP agreement in form 3 for registration on mca but our incorporation date is 07th May that mca approved and agreement date is 11th April.
So we stated rectification of agreement date as date of incorporation i.e. 07th May.
What documents needs to be filed with respect to date of retification of agreement and what would be the format for that?
A retification agreement on stamp paper of 100 or A resolution on the letter head of LLP.

As per the provision of Section 79 of the LLP act, if there is any change in the LLP agreement in respect of change in the designated partner or change in the designation of designated partner, it shall be immediately reported to ROC, within 30 days of such change.
If the date of LLP agreement is prior to the date of incorporation, then such date of execution of agreement shall be revised by filing Form 3 to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.In form 3, fields 2,3,4 and point 18 to 22 shall be filed in Part B
Attachments shall include the mandatory initial LLP agreement and the supplementary agreement .
