Just filled form 2 online today,
Had few questions:
Do we have to file Form 3 & Form 4 after form 2 is approved, is it mandatory?
How long does it take for Form 2 to get approved.

Form 2 is filed for share allotment when consideration is received in cash.
When consideration is otherwise than in cash viz., bonus issue, etc. Form 3 is to be filed.
Form 4 is in case of share underwriting contract where commission is payable to underwriters.
In your case if the consideration is received in cash/cheque/DD and no underwriting commission is payable, Form 2 is sufficient. No need to file Form 3 or 4.

Dear Mr. Bhanu Pratap,
I think you are talking about form 2, 3 & 4 for LLP registration ? and not form 2, 3 and 4 under the Companies Act, ? Am I correct ?
If so, form 3 and 4 must be filed withing 30 days from the date of registration of LLP.
Best Regards
