me and my wife purchased land worth 75 lakhs(me 50%,wife 50%,
I need to file 2 form 26qb, my doubt is how much amount shown as total property value is 75 lakhs in two forms
or
we can show value as 3750000 in 2 forms
plz confirm

You and your wife both have to pay TDS of seller and filing of Form 26QB for a consideration of 37.50 lacs each
