One of my client purchase immovable property form NRI. I have 3 questions as follows.
(1) At what rate of TDS required to deduct?
(2) At which section?
(3) whether form 26QB required to furnish or TAN number required to obtain?
1. LTCG at 20%+cess & STCG at 30%+cess
2. Sec. 195 of IT act
3. TAN yo be obtained.
