Three of us from the same family are purchasing a resale property worth 1.67 crore from two sellers (both having 50% stake each in this property). Our own purchase shares are in the ratio 45%-45%-10% each. While filling up Form 26QB what should we enter as the total value of property consideration when the three of us individually fill up Form 26QB for our individual installments paid to both the sellers ? Should the value of consideration be entered as 83.5 lakhs each (for both sellers) by all three of us while filling up our respective Form 26Qb ?

Or should the total value of consideration be entered based on the our own individual shares to apportioned to each seller ?

for e.g. Buyer 1: Total value of consideration : 45%*50%*1.67 = 37.575 lakhs each while entering details of each seller while filling Form QB separately for each seller
Buyer 2: Total value of consideration : 45%*50%*1.67 = 37.575 lakhs each fwhile entering details of each seller while filling Form QB separately for each seller
Buyer 3: Total value of consideration : 10%*50%*1.67 = 8.35 lakhs each for both sellers)
