1) is the disclosure format of 24AA under section 299 of The Companies Act-1956 is prescribed anywhere ?
pls suggest where the same format is mentioned ?

I checked the said rules .its not there.
pls suggest further.

There is no rule. Form 24AA has directly been inserted after Form 24A vide notification dated 2.9.1982.
