Hey everyone,
The Form 12.1 Notice of interest by Director has been prescribed in place of Form 24AA. Can anyone share this form. In case it is not notified, can we take declaration by directors as per the old Form 24AA.
Same is the case with Form DDA - Sec 274 91)(g), is there any new form or the old form as per Companies Act , 1956 to be used?
