Auditors of the Company are asking for original copy of Form 24AA though I provided them the photocopy.
As per my understanding original copy remains with the company. Please guide me whether I am correct or not...

Dear Renu
Yes, original copies should remain with company only and provide a copy to auditors. Ask them to keep a copy only as this notice is addressed to company always for its records not to auditors therefore, you can firmly say no for originals.

I agree with Deepika. Form 24AA is meant to be with the Company. The auditors are to be given only a copy of it. You can provide certified true copies if the auditors still insist on the originals.
