A pvt. Ltd. company. incorporated on 28/11/2013 has not made any annual filing till the date.
Now the question is whether company has to file form 23b or ADT 1 for Appointment of Auditors wrt FY 2014-15.
also any intimation is to be made to roc for Appointment of first auditor?

Form 23B should be last filed for the FY 2013-14. There after i.e. from FY 2014-15, Form ADT 1 should be filed.
Yes, intimation for Appointment of First Auditor should be made in Form ADT 1 only.
As per your given scenario,
1st Auditor will be appointed for period 28/11/2013 to 31/03/2014 with FORM 23B.
There after in 1st AGM of the company the auditor will be appointed or re-appointed for 5 year and same should be filed with MCA in Form ADT-1.
