The last date was 23/09/12 for filing form 23B
no need to file 23B for newly formed company. 23B is to be filed within one month of AGM.

Firstly Form 23B is not required in this case and Secondly for other companies last date for filing form 23B was 23/12/12 or 30 days from the date of appointment whichever later.
