form 23ACA-Is there any exceptions for filing?

hi friends,

 

Is there any exceptions for filing form 23ACA with MCA?

 

I am dealing with a case where a pvt. ltd company has not filied form 23ACA  . The AOA of the company do not contain any provisions regarding this and for rest table-A is made applicable.

 

Experts n seniors please resolve my querry

ACC TO ME FILING IS COMPULSORY FOR 23ACA WITH 23AC.

WHETHER GIVEN IN ARTICLE OR NOT.
