Form 23ac & 23aca
We have a Pvt Co they didnt file the returns for the year ended 31-03-2014. as per ROC guidelines we have to file GNL-2 with the attachments of Form 23AC and ACA, but i downloaded those form and trying to Pre-fill it's not working. if it's not then how can we complete the form. and i have a doubt whether this forms have to digitally sign OR DSC that we affix in Form GNL-2 is enough..Kindly give suggestions soon..

Annual filing eforms under the Companies Act, 1956 viz. 23AC/ACA, 23AC/ACA-XBRL, 20-B, 21-A, Form 66, I-XBRL, A-XBRL, 23B, 23C and 23D would be made available shortly for filing purposes. Users are requested not to file these forms as attachments with GNL-2 eforms.
which from to be used for anuual Filling of 2011-12, 2012-13, 2013-14 as form 23AC ,23ACA and 20b not available in website
All forms will soon be available on the MCA portal..... MCA is under trouble..
