Please assist me

Annual return of form 20B is filled for showing status of a company AGM to AGM like director appoints & cease his/her office between the dates of AGM.

My question is that can we have to show  the details of all director who are appointed or vacant his office on the date of  last AGM like vacation of additional director , Change designation of additional director  & appoint new director by AGM.
