- Can i fill only Form 23AC & 23 ACA, without submitting form 20B.
- Is it necessary to fill the details of all the director (viz. DIN) in form 20B.

Form 20B demand details of Board of Director and shareholders from the date of last AGM till the date of current AGM. Any changes between these two AGMs must be given in Form 20B. So it is necessary to disclose past and present directors and shareholders details of the company through Annual Return.
