Form 2 Schedule 112A

I had purchased shares of Cairn India 6 years back. This company was taken over by Vedanta and I have sold Vedanta shares. When I fill Form 2, schedule 112A, in the column Name of shares and ISIN code, should I fill the name as Cairn or Vedanta?
