In our company there is issue of paid up capital and for the same form 2 also filed with ROC and therefore status of capital at mca site also updated.
But now we find that one clarical mistake have been done while filing the form.
Actully we recd the share application money of Rs. 44,50,000 and issued 4,45,000 shares of Rs. 10 each at a premium of Rs. 90 each that becomes 4,45,00,000.
By mistake we issued 445000 shares instead of issuing 44,500 shares.
Now can we ractify our mistake as it is only the clerical mistake .
wats the process of ractify it?
