While Filing Form 2 Paid up Capital was wrongly entered........the same form was approved by ROC.......What should I do know to rectify it..??

Submit another e-form 2 with corrections and an cover letter uploaded seperately stating the correction.
That is enough. But you have to pay the same fee with some penalty.

File another form 2 attach all the relevant documents and also attach a covering letter signed by the director that due to clarical mistake capital was wrongly filled in the form which is being rectified by filing another form 2 please take the correct details on record. New form will be approved and master data will be accordingly corrected.
