i hav a warning when i press submit button in form 1a

Error:

warning javascriptt window

you are required to connect to MCA21 PORTAL to upload this form.

please help me with this

im using self signed digitsl certificate (created myself)

You have to login on mca portal for uploading the form. first creat account on mca.gov.in then upload the form.
