As you all know that now proof of Registered Office is attached with Form 18 filed with MCA 21
I jus want to know, what evidences can be attached?

- No Objection Certificate from director ………… (Mandatory if registered office is owned by director (not taken on lease by company)
- A proof that the Company is permitted to use the address as the registered office of the Company ………. (Mandatory if registered office is owned by any other entity/ person (not taken on lease by company).

Property deed as well as latest kmc bill..if kmc bil is dated 15 days prior 2 submission of form then title search report from a competent lawyer...Also NOC from owner should be in Rs 10 non judiciary stamp paper duly notarised
