Presently i am using excel format for preperation of form 16A and data entered in it manually. This is laborious work.
Can any one help me that there is any free availabe for generating FORM 16A. There is any possibility please mail me at dvsdasari @ gmail.com.

Use Genius from Sag Infotech, the best among all other software as it imports data from any other accouting package like Tally, Busywin and any customised in house ACCOUNT package.

If you use Busywin (from Busy Infotech) you can print Form 16A alongwith e-filing of e-tds returns which is better then Tally.
If you purchase seperate software for e-TDS, one for Service Tax, one for Excise, one for VAT. one for..... etc. you find Busywin is much cheaper then all this software as it covers all aspects of accounting and statutory compliance, vat as per state specific laws.

You can get Form 16A from www.tin-nsd.com.
BTW you can click here to download Form 16A format in Excel File with full Custamization.
Features:
1. TDS Amount is automaticaly written in words.( e.g.200 to Rupees Two Hundred)
