I am getting problem with downloading form no. 16A from NSDL site.
I am receiving the following error "Please specify valid challan / transfer voucher details" though I have correctly entered all the details.

Recheck with the TDS certificate number
and then pass a query to NSDL People Or NSDL particpants

To request Form 16A, you are required to provide one challan details and three distinct deductee details present in TDS statement. Challan details should be mentioned same as present in TDS statement and should be of same period for which Form 16A is requested. Also, before requesting for Form 16A, kindly check the status of TDS statement in Quarterly Statement Status (QSS).
