You need to convert the TDS certificate into pdf format by using the PDF converter utility provided in traces website. You can download the pdf converter utility from traces website under downloads menu. You can use digital signature for signing the certificate. In the alternative you can also obtain physical signature of the authorised person in the tds certificate.
After downloading the converter utility, double click and open the same. It will ask for the file to be converted. You select the tds certificate zip file from the saved location. Password is TAN of the deductor. Then select the location in which you want the pdf files to be saved. Click ok. This will generate the tds certificates in pdf file.
