FORM 16A ISSUED QUARTERLY ONLY ON THE BASIS OF QUARTERLY TDS RETURN FILED.
 

Few years back, we could issue form 16A yearly. The new rule is that form 16A is to be issued every quarterly. 

We have to issue Form 16A quarterly basis as the rule has been changed

Agree wid all ... its filed on quartely basis. 

But as far as I know we have to issue FORM16A through tdscpc only, because the end user is insisting the 

Certificate No. posted on FORM16A

Today I have got one problem. When I tried to generate bulk FORM 16 (not FORM 16A) for our employees, the bulk file contained only one emploee FORM 16. (extracted using pdf utility)

Where I am going wrong?
