TIN website has stopped accepting request for Form 16A w.e.f Q3 of F.Y 2012-13.
So how to generate or prepare Form 16A from Q3 onwards of F.Y 2012-13.
Is it mandatory to issue TDS certificate (Form 16A) to deductee from Q3 onwards, because while filing ITR none of the documents are required.
