Dear Mr. Pardeep Form 16 is issued by an employer, and
Form 16A is issued by a person who has deducted TDS from a person for contracts or activities undertaken or performed other than employment.
Now, sir what do you want "Form 16" or "Form 16A" ??

form 16A cannot be issued by an employer to an employee. only 16 is issued if there is an employee employer relation.
form 16A can be issued by a person who has deducted TDS from a person who is not an employee. (for Example: TDS is deducted by banks on interest income (bank gives you form 16A)
