Form 16 issue

if an employee get salary only 8 month from current DDO and tds deposited till q4 only 8 month .
employee fill income tax details shows the whole f.y salary and tds details.

then my question is DDO is liable for issue full year salary details or only 8 month salary and tds details

Yes you have to furnish your full salary details, for more reference about your TDS check with your 26AS and Form 16.

and I strongly recommend you to visit any CA for filing of your Income tax return(Due to so many changes and amendments In Income Tax)

Since employee has got salary only for 8 months so practically he will have to show only 8 months income from salary and same will reflect in his/her form 16 or form 26AS.

The DDO under whom the employee worked in the 4th quarter will file TDS mentioning TDS in his office and also TDS by previous employer. Form 16 will be issued by current employer.
