First You need to Download Form 16 (Part A) From Traces and Part B has to Manually issued..

Earlier only Form 16A's were available for download but recently IT has issued circular for the same with Effective from 1st April 2012....

So you dont have to worry for changes in the format the downloaded one will be having all sections and columns but do check about Part B of Form 16........
