Form 16 and form 26AS match in salary, TDS but the salary amount shown is wrong

My form 16A and form 26AS match in salary and TDS but the salary amount shown is wrong. If I file my income tax with this form 16A I will have to pay more tax and will the IT department flag my income tax return.
