can we Mack a form 16 for salaryed person whos tds is not deducted. but fille is prepared for loan propose only.

yes off course
u can disclose 0 tax deduction on salary of employee and and same mention in TDS return deduction. after that u can download form 16 from site

hi deewan sir, i have small doubt. if a person is not under income tax slab rate and we have decided to give form 16 in prescribed format. is it mandatory to mention his salary in tds return or optional..
