Hello I want to know that a company has transfered it's some of employees to its group company due to fund crunch. Now near year end it again transfer it's employees to its original company. How the form 16 will be prepared. 3 form 16 or 2.??? Employee was in employment from April to October in original Then from November to December in group company From January again retransfer to original Please let me know Thanks

Two Form 16 to be issue in the name of employees working for the year,

That is from April to October and January to March one form 16 there is no need to issue two form16 for the same period for one fy even if he has not worked continuously.. and from November to December other right..
