My employer has deducted TDS and it is updated in form 26 A. When I file my return, Is it mandatory to submit the physical TDS Certificate ? or we do not have to submit since it is already in the record of income tax dept ( ie Form 26A). Pleae advice me

Dear,
Now there is no need of attaching original Form 16. You can file your return by using electronic media or manual. But your tax credit will be as per Form 26AS. You need not worry. It is to be submitted in case of credit not shown in your PAN.

Now there is no need to file the tds certificate as returns are paper less.there is no such requirement now. for your future use i.e loans etc, keep the copy of certificate

As per CBDT, new forms of ITR,(electronic or manual) is a paperless forms,no attachment required,like Form-16,TDS Certificates etc.

Yes...agreed with comments above.
ITR is now a paerless return. No attachments required.
