i have one query about tds. i fill up the tds certificate wrongly. (1) our TAN no. is marked by my sir's personal name, & form was fill up by my company's name. (2) fill up the TAN no. is also wrongly. please give me the proper soultion. sapana.

Yaar I.T. Act says that disallowances is not applicable for salary and payment of rent
