05 July 2013Pls suggest as to where to deposit Form 15G/15H for non-deuction of TDS on Interest on Unsecured Loans received from Comapany/ or firm subject to Tax audit.

Also whether we are required to submit Form 27C for non-dedution of TCS in case of Manufacturer and where to deposit it.

Form 15G, 15H & 27C is required to be submitted to the Chief Commissioner/Commissioner to whom the Assessing Officer having jurisdiction to assess the person on or before the seventh day of the month next following the month in which the declaration is furnished to him.
(Person means, person responsible for paying the interest in case of Form 15G/H and person responsible for collecting tax in case of Form 27C)

As per Rules 29C & 37C of the Income Tax Act.

Mr. Deepak,
But deptt. is not accepting the Form 15G/15H.
Is there any procedure for Online Submission of these forms.
