Form 15CB of DTAA

Hi friend

i have a query regading form 15CB of Double Taxation Agreement. I want to know that in the second para of said form we have to enter bank details of receiver of remittance or sender of remittance?????

But why??? detail of remitter because in that form 15CB we enters all the other detail of receiver in that para...

Form 15cb is required for the  banker to remit money outside India. Banker needs a CA certificate in form 15cb certifying such a remittance from a resident's bank account and hence details of the remitter is required.

Receiver's details normally banker collects in other forms like form A1 etc.,
