15 January 2012whether form no.15cb needs to be obtained from a CA for remitances towards the education fees of the son based in USA. whether bank has to upload 15CA or the remitter? whether TDS is required to be deducted .

There is no need to deduct TDS , also there is no to file form 15cb U/S 195 , because this remittance is for the study purpose only . If you send your details querry with how much amount you need to remitt in a financial year , what is your residential status in India , then i can able to give you the proper advice ...
