What does proposed date of remittance in Form-15CB imply? Can the actual remittance be made either before or after the said proposed date?
Remittance can be made on or before the proposed date. Usually if a 15cb is issued today, advisable to mention "proposed remittance on or before 20th Sep 2014". This will give Client some cushion.
