Is form 15cb signed only by ca.?
or cwa in practice is also eligible..?

I think it should sigend by CA. Lets see other view also.
Dear Giri
As per section only a CA can sign 15CB form after proper Examination for foriegn remmitance transactions. This certificate is prescribed under sec 195(6) of income Tax Act.
